The tomb of Sher Shah Suri, situated in Sasaram, Bihar, India, commemorates the founder of the Suri Empire. Constructed between 1540 and 1545, it features Indo-Islamic architecture and stands 122 feet high beside an artificial lake. Its unique square stone plinth design includes domed kiosks, chhatris, stone banks, and stepped moorings. Connected by a wide stone bridge, the main octagonal tomb has a 22 -meter dome and ornamental kiosks adorned with colored glazed tile work. Its completion in August 1545 marked Sher Shah's legacy.

Qila-i-Kulna Masjid, Delhi:- Built by Sher Shah Suri in 1541, this mosque was made for people to gather and pray. The name "Qila-Kuhna" means "Mosque of the Old Fort". This beautiful building, along with the Sher Mandal, are the only two structures left from Delhi's Purana Qila. Sher Shah also built the famous Grand Trunk Road, Rohtas Fort in Pakistan, Sher Shah Suri Masjid in Patna, and the Quila-e-Quanah Mosque in Delhi's Old Fort.
