Answer: Sebuktigin
Option c is the correct answer.
The founder of the Ghaznavid dynasty was Abu Mansur Nasir al-Din Sabuktigin. He is also known as Sabuktagin, Sabuktakin, Sebüktegin, and Sebük Tigin. He ruled from around 977 to 997 . Sabuktigin's early life saw him as a slave, but he later married the daughter of his master, Alptigin.
Alptigin had already established control over the region of Ghazna (modern Ghazni Province in Afghanistan). It was during the rule of Sabuktigin's son Mahmud that the rulers of Ghazni achieved full independence. After Alptigin's death, Sabuktigin became the ruler and expanded his kingdom's territory by defeating Jayapala of Udabhandapura. His conquests extended as far as the Neelum River in Kashmir and the Indus River in present-day Pakistan.
