Option c is the correct answer. Sohgaura is not a harappan site. It is a village on the banks of the Rapti River, in the Gorakhpur District, Uttar Pradesh. The earliest known copper-plate, known as the Sohgaura copper-plate, is a Mauryan record that mentions famine relief efforts. Important Tips Chanhu-daro is an archaeological site belonging to the Indus Valley Civilization. The site is located south of Mohenjo-daro, in Sindh, Pakistan. The settlement was inhabited between 4000 and 1700 BCE, and is considered to have been a centre for manufacturing carnelian beads. The ancient site at Kot Diji was the forerunner of the Indus Civilization. The occupation of this site is attested already at 3300 BCE . The remains consist of two parts; the citadel area on high ground (about 12 m ), and outer area. Desalpur, a small settlement in Kutch, had a stone and rubble wall and may have been a port in the Indus Valley civilization.
